All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless the item is proven to be damaged during shipping or an incorrect item was shipped due to our error.

No Returns: We do not offer returns or exchanges for any product, including unopened items.

No Refunds: Refunds are not issued except as explicitly stated in Section 2 (Shipping Errors).

No Exchanges: We cannot offer exchanges, regardless of whether the product has been opened or remains sealed.

2. Blind Box Specifics

Mystery is the Risk: By purchasing a blind box or blind pack, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk of receiving a duplicate, a character you do not want, or a non-chase figure. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "Buyer's Remorse" or disappointment with the item received.

Sealed Product: The value of our collectible products is tied to them being sealed. Once the outer packaging is opened, the item is considered used and non-resalable.
